Join our team as Kitchen Compliance Manager at Chatsworth House
About the role:
An exciting opportunity has emerged within the catering team at Chatsworth House in Derbyshire.
As the Kitchen Compliance Manager you will play a key role in ensuring that the multiple kitchens on site at Chatsworth continue to be fully compliant and up to date with food safety legislation. This includes a large self-service café, an upscale lunch and afternoon tea venue, our enticing ice cream parlour, and various smaller food and drink establishments scattered across the park and gardens.
Key responsibilities will be; Completing dish specifications, Managing the kitchen rota and assist in the tracking of margin. A full list of duties are listed in the job description attached.
This is a part-time role working between 16 and 24 hours per week across three days. A degree of flexibility will be required to meet the demands of the role during our busiest times, for instance when new menus are launched.

If you are someone who is willing to balance the strong operational needs of the business with a keen eye to detail this role could be ideal for you.
You will have, an eye for detail, not be afraid to challenge and have a proven track record of working in a hospitality environment. Fostering a positive working environment to achieve outstanding results.
