Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior management. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. This is a pivotal role requiring exceptional organisational and communication skills to support a busy and dynamic office environment.

Key Responsibilities of a Personal Assistant

* Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including diary management and scheduling.

* Organise and prioritise meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

* Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and take accurate minutes as required.

* Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring professionalism at all times.

* Manage incoming correspondence, including emails, letters, and calls, responding or redirecting as appropriate.

* Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents to a high standard.

* Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

* Coordinate events, conferences, and team activities.

* Monitor and manage deadlines, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

* Maintain and update filing systems, ensuring information is easily accessible.

* Assist with personal errands and ad hoc tasks to support the senior manager’s workload.

* Undertake additional administrative duties as required to support the business.

Key Skills and Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

* Experience in event coordination or project management (desirable).
