This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced MAIT Technician to join the Manufacturing Assembly, Integration and Testing team of a highly-successful company at the forefront of Aerospace innovation in a newly-created role.
The Role
The MAIT Technician will work across my client's product portfolio, assembling both R&D products and flight hardware. The MAIT Technician will also test future products (functional testing/electrical testing/vibration/shock/TVAC/RF testing), develop and write processes and procedures and carry out the detailed inspection of machined parts.

What do I need?
Strong engineering knowledge with experience in the assembly of precision components
Experience of using Metrology equipment
Knowledge of both the theoretical and practical aspects of MAIT, such as functional testing, electrical bonding/isolation, vibration, shock, TVAC, kinematic testing of deployable systems, etc.
Demonstrable experience of using assembly procedures.
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of detailed drawings, surface finishes, tolerances, materials, etc.
