Role and Responsibilities
As the successful Business Administrator you'll reporting into our HR Manager and be supporting our Operations Team to ensure smooth running of the business.
You can also expect to:
Learn the ins and outs of our business structure and how different departments work together
Gain practical experience using our business management systems
Handle key administrative tasks like document management, filing, and email correspondence.
Support our Office Manager and Customer Care & Compliance Manager
Support with the coordination of any company events
Assist with travel bookings
Answering and routing calls in a professional managerAbout You
To be successful for the role you'll have a thirst for knowledge and self-development. You should also be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
A minimum of five GCSE's at grade 4 or above
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
