Role: New & Used Car Sales Executive
Location: Basildon (Main Dealer)
Salary: OTE 40k with top performers earnirng 60k+

Key Responsibilities
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
* Present finance options, add-ons, and service plans to customers.
* Maintain a high standard of customer service to build lasting relationships.
* Meet and exceed sales targets while thriving under pressure.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a car sales environment (preferable)
* A dynamic and personable individual with a strong drive to succeed.
* Commitment to delivering excellent customer service every day.
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the dealership's product offerings.
* A full UK driving licence is essential.

Candidates must be fully able and willing to work the following shifts and hours:
Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 18.00 pm Saturday 8.30 am to 17:30 pm
Alternate Sundays 10.00 am to 16.00 pm.
One week day off per week will be agreed between you and your line manager
