Location: Sheffield/Rotherham (field based)

Pay Rate: £11.64 per hour (enhanced rate for overtime over 40 hours/week)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexibility required)

We’re seeking Void Property Cleaners with a clean driving licence to join the team on a temporary basis, with potential for the role to become permanent depending on workload.

About the Role

This is a field-based role, requiring travel to various properties across Sheffield and Rotherham. Your primary responsibility will be to carry out thorough cleaning of vacant properties to ensure they are ready for new tenants. This is after the clearance team has removed all belongings left behind.

Key Duties

•    Clean all areas, including stairs and landings.

•    Deep-clean kitchen and bathroom areas.

•    Sweep and mop floors.

•    Damp-dust, polish and dry all applicable surfaces.

•    Wipe light switches, handrails, door handles, and other contact points.

•    Spot-clean walls where necessary.

•    Remove cobwebs and ensure a pristine finish.

•    Meet customer specifications and high cleaning standards.

As part of the field team, you will carry out scheduled and ad-hoc tasks as required, ensuring properties are presented to the highest standards.

Requirements

•    Previous experience in property cleaning, particularly void or tenancy cleaning, is preferred.

•    A full, clean UK driving licence is essential (no more than 3 points).

•    Flexibility to accommodate varying workloads and hours.
