ABOUT THE ROLE

A great opportunity to join an exciting fast growing SME digital retailer and be part of a close knit friendly team. This role requires a commercially focused eCommerce ‘all rounder’ to manage the website, UX, build SEO and drive PPC. This Lancashire based business is now in it's next phase of growth and requires a sales driven eCommerce Manager or Digital Marketing Manager with strong retail and sales experience to assist them with this. Reporting into the Head of Digital, the eCommerce manager will get full autonomy to manage the website and CRM for the business.

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE

Role requirements:

* Pivotal role requiring capability of end to end management working with product/sourcing teams and merchandising to increase sales and profitability.

* Responsible for responding to market trends and customer needs, understanding consumer behaviour and leveraging to maximise conversion.

* Significant ecommerce experience coupled with an analytical mind set and a hunger for sales growth and optimizing online trading

* Drive for customer acquisition, targeting leading to customer lifetime value via CRM.

* Currently utilising Shopify platform but experience across other platforms may be helpful.

* Experience of understanding digital marketing mix – Automated PPC campaigns (google & facebook), SEO and social, affiliates is required

* Plug in tools.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills required.

Our client is a Lancashire based, rapidly growing digital retailer. They offer flexible working, operating a hybrid model with a 3/2 office/home split.

SALARY

£40,000 - £50,000 + Bonus - Flexible, depending on experience
