Description
Management and tracking of debtor accounts
Ensuring timely payments of debts
Processing and reconciliation of invoices
Dealing with payment queries
Providing administrative support to the finance team
Preparing statements reflecting the company's financial status
Negotiating re-payment plans
Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for paymentProfile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
Strong knowledge of MS Office and accounting software
Knowledge of working in a similar role - Essential
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
