The Role
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Team Leader to join our Stalybridge team. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of your shift, ensuring safe and efficient processes while working closely with the operations management team. You will lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment in line with the Open Leadership Framework. Key responsibilities include managing resources, achieving operational targets, and supervising both planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
