Senior Secretary - Helicopter Emergency Medical Service
Location: Lisburn, BT27
Salary: £25,147 per annum (£12.86 per hour)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Part-time options available, minimum of 3 days per week)
Contract Duration: Initially 6 months
As a Senior Secretary, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Director and Operational Lead Paramedic. Your responsibilities will include:
Administrative Support:
Drafting and typing correspondence, including letters and reports.
Audio typing and data inputting.
Managing records and ensuring efficient documentation processes.
Communication Management:
Handling incoming emails, faxes, and postal communications.
Ensuring timely action on correspondence and prioritising issues as needed.
Telephone Management:
Managing calls and inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
Ensuring effective communication and resolution of requests.
Invoice Verification:
Verifying invoices related to travel arrangements, course attendance, accommodation, and hospitality.
Visitor Management:
Welcoming visitors and corporate guests, providing hospitality as required.
To be considered for this role, you will meet the following criteria:
Educational Background:
Five GCSEs at grade C or above, including English/English Language and Mathematics, plus a minimum of two years' experience in an administrative or secretarial position; OR
A minimum of three years' experience in an administrative or secretarial role that includes proficiency in Microsoft Office
Additional Requirements:
A current full driving license valid for use in the UK.
