Our client, a reputable Legal 500 Firm, is actively seeking a skilled Solicitor to join their Wills and Probate team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a role where you'll inherit a thriving caseload and receive dedicated administrative support from an experienced full-time Paralegal.

Type of work:

Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
Deeds of variation
Probate matters (to include tax and trusts and complex estate accounts)
Dealing with elderly clients and mental health matters
Court of Protection and Public Guardian matters
Dealing with discretionary and nil rate band trusts
