About the Role:
As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and minimizing outstanding debts. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the company’s cash flow and ensuring financial stability.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and manage accounts receivable.

* Chase overdue payments via phone, email, and letter.

* Maintain accurate records of all communication with customers.

* Perform credit checks and assess risk.

* Work closely with the sales team to resolve any customer payment issues.

* Prepare reports on outstanding debts and aged receivables.

* Negotiate payment plans with customers where necessary.

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar finance role.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

* Knowledge of credit management software is an advantage.
