What You Need to Know

The measurement consultant will be responsible for owning and driving the technical solutions to support the growth of the measurement business. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate measurement, analysis, and reporting of flow data, playing a key role in optimising operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

What We Are Looking For

Some of the Key Accountabilities:

* Provide technical expertise in flow measurement for oil and gas applications, including design, installation, and maintenance of metering systems.

* Expert knowledge of design calculations, flowrate computations and uncertainty budgets

* Support with development and maintainenance of Proserv Measurement software solutions including Dynamic Uncertainty and Valid8

* Support engineering team performance and provide recommendations to engineering and project teams

* Drive continuous improvement throughout the measurement team to meet and exceed customer expectations

* Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in flow measurement.

* Support proposals team to provide technical offerings to customers for measurement requirements

* Identify areas that measurement can add value to the overall Proserv offering

* Represent the business at external conferences and workshops globally

* Deliver training and guidance to staff on flow measurement

Qualifications / Skills & Experience

Essential

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.

* Relevant experience in flow measurement within the oil and gas industry.

* Strong knowledge of uncertainty budgets and measurement principles

* Familiarity with industry standards related to flow measurement and uncertainty.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

* Proficiency in software tools for data analysis and uncertainty modelling.

Preferred

* Experience in offshore oil and gas projects.

* Knowledge of instrumentation and control systems related to flow measurement.
