Contract: Permanent

Location: Hybrid (Head Office: Quorum Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne)

This is a hybrid working role, so you’ll need to be able to work from our Head Office 1-2 times a week

Hours per week: 37

Salary: Up to £38,000, depending on experience

About the role

We’re excited to be looking for an experienced Website Manager to join our team to lead on the delivery of a first-class website experience for NCFE customers and web visitors.

You’ll work in a fast-paced digital marketing environment and play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the daily operations of the website including design, development, performance optimisation, and continuous improvement.

How you’ll make an impact:

* Managing the web service desk to review and complete content update requests from across the business, working with the Web Marketing Officer on timely delivery and completion.

* Accountability for the delivery of our content plan collaborating with various business owners to ensure content is refreshed, up to date and consistent with brand messaging and our visual identity

* Leading on analysis of SEO performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve user engagement, conversion rates, and overall effectiveness

* Analysing website performance data, using insights to make data-driven decisions for content updates and site improvements and to report against agreed KPI’s.

* Monitoring of voice of the customer web survey feedback, analysing monthly stats on customer effort, satisfaction and NPS and sharing user feedback with stakeholders, channeling the insight into our CI plans.

We’d love to hear from you if you offer the following:

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Web Design, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent in work experience.

* Proven experience working in a similar role on website management, with a strong portfolio of successful website projects.

* Significant experience of working with multiple content management systems and web design tools, and a strong working knowledge of HTML.

* Proven experience of using Google Analytics, both implementing across content and reporting.

* Demonstrable knowledge of SEO best practice and tools.
