ROLE: MRF Site Supervisor - Waste and Recycling
As site supervisor, you will oversee a waste recycling facility MRF, handling plastics, paper and metals ensuring KPI's are met and safety, ISO standards, environmental and company policies are adhered to.
As Site supervisor/Operations Supervisor you will develop the team to deliver effective processing and output within the operation and ensure that staffing levels are controlled and performance levels are kept to a high standard.
You will be responsible for organising the cleaning and maintenance of the MRF.
A hands-on approach is needed for this growing company and you will be the main key holder responding to any out of hours emergencies.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Site Supervisor/ Operations Supervisor
1-year minimum site supervisor experience, waste management or recycling experience is not essential. You will have been a Site supervisor, Operations supervisor or Yard foreman.
Excellent man management skills.
Forklift licence / mobile plant experience would be beneficial.
IOSH or COTC and First aid qualification would be desirable – (training will be given for the right person to obtain these.)
