CNC Turner Programmer / Setter / Operator

Two Positions Available (NOT SHIFT WORK)

* Day Shift: Monday to Thursday 07:45 to 16:45, Friday 07:45 to 12:45

* Night Shift: Monday to Thursday 16:45 to 01:45

General:

* Create programs online and Set / Operate CNC Lathes.

* Stainless and nitriding steels cutting experience

* Produce first-off components for inspection.

* Ensure components are produced to the highest standards as per specifications and drawings.

* Inspect components during production to ensure drawing/spec requirements are maintained.

Skills / Experience:

* Experience with Programming, setting, and operating Mazak CNC lathes.

* Conversant with Mazak Matrix & Smooth Controls Advantageous

* Ability to read and interpret engineers’ drawings and tolerances.

* Proficient in using a wide range of measuring devices and inspection techniques
