Job Description: Warehouse and White Glove Operative

Location: Egham, TW20

Salary: £30,000.00 to £32,000.00

Proposed Hours of work: Shifts between (Apply online only)hrs dependent on requirements

Description of duties & responsibilities:

Assisting in all areas of the operations for Furniture and Fine Arts, not just one primary role.
Maintain a safe working environment by applying a 'Safety First' approach to working in all locations.
Daily checks to be completed for vehicles to ensure they are safe to use, keeping tidy/clean and reporting when an issue arises.
Loading/unloading of vehicles.
Driving and installation works for FFA clients within a variety of locations, including Central London.
Installing flat pack furniture, art work and mirrors with 18v power drill.
Assisting Warehouse Manager when needed, including, but not limited to:
Booking in of all incoming stock and storing in a safe manner.
Pick & pack operations for all accounts - to ensure that all goods are picked correctly and packed suitable for transportation.
Warehouse security - keeping warehouse secure and back door not left unattended when open.
Locating of stock into the correct locations.
Keeping warehouse tidy and presentable.
Working with clients when they visit the warehouse.
Updating Warehouse Manager with what's left the warehouse and any damages / poor packing.
Flexibility with hours to suit the company requirements.

Essential Skills Required:

IT/Computer Literate - Desirable
3PL Experience - Essential
Reach and Counterbalance experience - Essential
Full clean driving license - Essential
Physical capable
Can convey thoughts, information and proposals clearly.
Can provide constructive feedback.
Able to produce good quality professional documents.
Is regarded as a team player.
Takes responsibility for developing their own ability.
Delivers their tasks and processes with limited oversight from management.
Pro-actively identifies improvements to processes and promotes them to the wider team.
Is able to manage their time
