This is an incredible opportunity to work in a creative, fast-paced environment as the sole designer, offering the chance to take ownership of all visual and marketing content, combining design, video production, and web development.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the leadership team, you will be the go-to person for all things creative. This hybrid position is based near Oxford, Oxfordshire, offering flexibility and occasional travel. If you’re an experienced designer with a passion for visual storytelling and a knack for innovative problem-solving, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design: Lead the creation of impactful visual assets for digital and print, including marketing campaigns, brochures, and social media content.

*

Web Design: Maintain and enhance the company’s WordPress website, ensuring functionality and alignment with brand identity.

*

Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver strategic campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.

*

Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.

About You
To excel in this role, you’ll need to bring creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in graphic design, ideally as a sole or lead designer.

*

Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

*

Familiarity with WordPress and web design principles.

*

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

*

Valid UK driving licence and flexibility to travel as needed.

Desirable Skills:

*

Experience working on marketing campaigns.

*

Knowledge of SEO best practices and social media content creation.

*

Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit professional-grade videos that capture and promote the brand’s vision.

*

Copywriting: Develop creative and engaging written content for campaigns, marketing collateral, and client communications
