Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

* Venepuncture: Perform blood draws efficiently and safely.

* Patient Care: Ensure patient comfort and provide reassurance during procedures.

Requirements

* Qualifications: Certificate in Phlebotomy or equivalent.

* Experience: Minimum 6 months of recent phlebotomy experience.

* Skills: Strong venepuncture skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.

* System Knowledge: Experience using System One (SystmOne) is desirable but not essential.

* Compliance: Up-to-date DBS check and mandatory training.
