I am looking for a Technical Support and Training Manager for my client who specialises in control systems that deliver warmth, comfort and energy efficiency. This position will provide Technical Support and Training Services to customers and internal teams and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to end users.

Job Description
Provide post-sale technical support to business and consumer customers, managing complex inquiries and recommending solutions.
Lead and manage technical support staff, enhancing processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams for product and service improvements.
Develop and deliver technical training courses for customers, coordinating workshops and gathering feedback to improve learning outcomes.
Conduct employee training, address skills gaps, and monitor performance improvements through set KPIs.
Support the sales team with solutions to drive business growth, while staying updated on product knowledge and industry standards
