We are recruiting for a Commercial Manager to work on our Smart Metering Contract. You will be part of our Contract Management Team working in our Liverpool office 3 days per week, 8.5 hours per day.

As the Commercial Manager your responsibilities will include:

* Management of members of the Commercial Team
* Enabling the Contract to monitor expenditure and identify costing saving opportunities.
* You will deliver Monthly outputs
* Ensure productions of monthly trading accounts including variance analysis, key performance indicators and supporting commentaries in line with agreed SLA and reporting deadlines.
* To ensure the Internal Monthly Reconciliation exercise is completed.
* Budgeting and forecasting.
* Ensuring Sub Contractors are paid.
* To ensure payroll is processed accurately

You will be:

* the "go to" person for costs and monthly reconciliation processing.
* Expert in numerical and analytical skills
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
* Experience with Contracts, (FIDIC, ICE, NEC, or Bespoke)

You will also have a full UK driving license

Would suit an Senior Commercial Administrator, Tendering Engineer, Bid Engineer, Assistant Quantity Surveyor
