Senior Quantity Surveyor in Helwith Bridge - CV-Library

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a Tier 1 contractor, working on a portfolio of exciting projects within the aviation sector. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be based out of our Oxford office, providing a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-profile and impactful aviation projects.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a critical role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of a diverse portfolio of aviation sector projects. Responsibilities for Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Overseeing project budgets, costs, and forecasts across a portfolio of aviation projects
Administering contracts, ensuring compliance with NEC and other relevant frameworks
Collaborating with project teams to deliver cost-effective and timely solutions
Preparing and negotiating final accounts
Conducting site visits to monitor progress and ensure accurate cost control
Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team where requiredRequirements for Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the aviation or civils sector
Strong understanding of NEC contracts and contract administration
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with the project team
