We currently have a great opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Operative - Kitchen Fitter to join our in-house Construction Company, Property Plus. We're looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.

The Role

As a Multi-Skilled Operative - Kitchen Fitter in the Planned team, you will carry out all the traditional duties of a multi-skilled kitchen fitter, to include carpentry work to boxing, studding, skirtings, and doors plus related finishes. A primary part of this work will involve fitting kitchens and worktops and all associated finishes plus wall and floor tiling to an excellent standard.

Skills and experience required:

* Completion of nationally recognised trade qualification or an approved certificated qualification (or time experience)

* Working knowledge of current building regulations, construction industry safety regulations, relevant British standards and codes of practice.

* Previous experience of kitchen fitting and carpentry.

* Experience of a social housing repairs and maintenance environment.

* Have multi-skilled experience i.e. completing different trade work

* Outstanding customer care skills

* Full UK Driving Licence as travel across Staffordshire and Shropshire will be part of the role
