The Role
This is a key role in the Performance Marketing team, supporting efforts to grow Registrations and Applications from our network of partners in UK and Overseas markets and to deliver on our Pay-for-Performance budgets for key clients. You will support Programmatic Campaign Managers in day-to-day operational tasks such as analysing and optimising campaigns, compiling reports, assisting with finance processes, and nurturing our most valued partnerships. You will also assist in the testing of new partner sources and help to run activity in line with the commercial priorities of the business.
Depending on capacity, there will also be exposure across other performance marketing channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social and Display.
Responsibilities
Support Campaign Managers in various day-to-day activities in the UK
Monitor and optimise partner performance according to business and commercial priorities relating to candidate acquisition and pay for performance margins
Monitor budget pacing and delivery for all partners ensuring spend delivers as per plan
Assist in onboarding of new client campaigns and job feeds as required
Regularly analyse partner performance data, identifying areas of poor and high performance to help us improve our delivery
Work collaboratively with internal Data team to improve our access to the right data, and work in conjunction with your line manager to automate as many processes as possible
Analyse candidate quality by source
Communicate any publisher performance issues to Partner team so that they can escalate accordinglyRequirements
Exposure to a marketing or data related environment
University degree with a numerical background is preferable
Strong numerical skills and the ability to analyse and optimise performance campaigns on a daily basis
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to build strong relationships
Organised, hard-working and resourceful attitude
Excel skills - ability to use pivot tables and V-lookups Benefits
