Key Responsibilities

Deliver Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) assessments, formulations, and treatments for individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
Manage a clinical caseload in line with operational policy, ensuring consistent high standards of care.
Work closely with multidisciplinary professionals to support comprehensive client care.
Provide sensitive communication to clients regarding their treatment and progress.
Conduct thorough risk assessments and manage risks effectively.
Participate in monthly clinical supervision to foster professional growth and clinical excellence.
What We’re Looking For

Qualified CBT therapist with BABCP accreditation (or working towards it), or a registered health professional with similar qualifications.
Experience in delivering CBT interventions within a mental health setting.
Capability to provide therapy to a diverse range of clients and conditions.
