A leading consultancy based in Cambridge is seeking a Building Surveyor to join their versatile and collaborative team.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a Building Surveyor keen to work with a diverse client portfolio while progressing their career with comprehensive support, including fast-tracked APC training.
The Successful Building Surveyor's Role
The successful Building Surveyor will play a key role in delivering projects with a focus on sustainability, driving innovative approaches to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions.
You'll work across commercial, industrial, retail, and office sectors, delivering professional services such as dilapidations, licenses to alter, planned preventative maintenance, surveys, and Party Wall matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver professional services to a varied portfolio of clients.
Contribute to sustainability-focused projects reducing environmental impact.
Work collaboratively within the team and manage tasks autonomously.
Build strong client relationships through excellent communication and service delivery.
The Ideal Building Surveyor
MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential).
RICS-accredited degree (essential).
Background in consultancy or private practice.
Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
A collaborative team player with the confidence to work independently.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000.
