Job Description

Outreach & Partnerships Manager, Engagement Manager, Strategic Business Development - Community Health, Public Health. REMOTE WORKING/FLEXIBLE LOCATION.

A high profile new position has been created in a dynamic healthcare provider, to join as Outreach & Partnerships Manager. You will be working within their commercial team, and be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies to support the ongoing business growth plans.

It will be busy, varied, challenging and require someone with the ability to think strategically and rapidly adapt to change. You will be fully supported by the senior management team to develop a range of partnerships, from initial outreach to shaping & steering the working arrangements, and nurturing the relationships through to service mobilisation and hand-over.

This role requires someone ambitious and driven as it will expand to take on more responsibility and a wider remit once you are established. You will be someone who thrives in establishing partnership working arrangements. Extremely varied, this requires an adaptable individual comfortable leading discussions with senior leaders of major (private & public sector) organisations, as well as grass root charities and voluntary groups.

Applications are welcomed from anyone with a successful track record in managing engagement activities and partnership working, but any experience gained in a similar healthcare environment (public health, community health) would be very beneficial, as would working across a wide range of strategic relationships which might span commissioning bodies, charities, local authorities, housing providers, mental health providers/CAMHS, voluntary groups and more.

The organisation has a range of high-impact community health services including mental health, substance misuse, children's services, integrated lifestyle services and more. They are making a real difference to the communities in which they operate, and your role will be instrumental in ensuring their ongoing effectiveness and expansion of their reach.

This is very much a career development opportunity, and offers the successful applicant the potential to rapidly progress
