Our client is a Midlands based Housing Association with a large concentration of housing stock in Leicester and surrounding areas.

Description

You will be responsible for carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance in occupied properties
You will be required to carry out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks including carpentry, plastering, decorating, plumbing and other general building worksProfile

Ideally you will have a recognised qualification NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in either Carpentry, Plumbing or Plastering
Previous experience working in social housing repairs and maintenance is essential
Other qualifications such as; Asbestos awareness, Working at Heights and Manual Handling are desirable
Full UK Driving License
