JOB PURPOSE

Our client are currently look for a Workshop Coordinator join their branch near Reading. If you have experience of working in a coordination or service advisor role within a car dealership, garage or service department and are looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Answering service calls

Dealing with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Organising the engineers workload of via our scheduler

Raising job cards and managing customer expectations

Covering the service department in the absence of the service manager

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

Service industry experience in a comparable role

A team player who can work well under pressure, organise workloads and maintain calmness during busy periods

A great communicator with exceptional customer service skills

Comfortable using a range of IT systems with a willingness to learn new systems.

Strong attention to detail, able to use your own initiative and excellent problem-solving skills.

Sound technical knowledge.

Due to location of the branch, must have own transport

SALARY/BENEFITS

Salary up to £35,000
