Blakewater Recruitment are working with a well-established and respected business in the Newcastle NE27 area.

Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist with CIPD level 3 or above to join our client’s team.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring that our human resources operations run smoothly and efficiently.

This position requires strong administrative skills, proficiency in HRIS systems, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.

Upon completion of satisfactory performance , this role will be offered as 3 days working in the office and 2 days from home.

Responsibilities

* Administer and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with BS7858 , ISO standards and employment law.

* Regularly update policies and provide guidance to line managers

* Assist in the recruitment process and exits

* Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.

* Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures with professionalism.

* Collaborate with management to identify training needs and assist in the development of training programmes.

* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to data protection regulations.

Qualifications

* Proven 3 years min experience in human resources or a related field is essential.

* Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.

* Proficiency in HRIS systems is highly desirable.

* Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.

* Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing across all levels of the organisation.

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Solid understanding of employment law

* Expertise in conflict resolution

* CIPD level 3 or above
