Assistant Merchandiser Detail:

If you're ambitious, analytical, and proactive, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for merchandising then we want to hear from you. Whether you're refining your forecasting skills or developing strategies for stock control, you're always looking for ways to improve performance and drive results.

You'll have the chance to take on real responsibility and shape the future of product offerings within your category. You will:

Support the Merchandiser with day-to-day reporting and key merchandising functions.
Step up in the absence of your Merchandiser, ensuring business continuity.
Own and manage a category, driving performance and growth.
Develop and maintain range plans, working closely with cross-functional teams.
Monitor stock levels, and make proactive decisions around transfers, cancellations, and phasing.
Own the critical path, ensuring timely product delivery in collaboration with the wider team.
Analyse seasonal buying, stock planning, and forecasting to optimise sales.
Manage promotions and markdowns, ensuring the business maximises every opportunity.
Communicate seamlessly with internal teams across Buying, Logistics, and Supply Chain to drive efficiency and sales.
