Higher Level Teaching Assistant

£22,997 - £25,475 per annum

Vision for Education are working closely with a large inclusive Primary School in Folkestone who currently have a vacancy for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their team. You will work closely with Class Teachers to support students in both small groups and one-one settings. Your role will involve assisting with the planning and delivery of lessons, supporting pupils with additional needs and helping create a positive and engaging classroom. This is a fulltime role and is due to start in January.
Requirements for Higher Level Teaching Assistant:
HLTA Qualification (level 4 or higher)
Knowledge of the national curriculum
Ability to support children with diverse learning needs including SEN
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, flexible and positive approach to working with children and adults
