Senior Project / Programme Manager

Salary: 90-110k (DOE)

Location: Dublin CC

Hybrid Working: 3 days p/w onsite

Client/Role

Our client, a global leader in the professional services industry, are seeking an experienced senior Project/Programme Manager to come into their consulting/transformations department.

Their current team thrives on innovation and collaboration, working across a variety of sectors to help their clients achieve their strategic goals. If you are an experienced Senior Programme Manager with a background in utilities and/or healthcare, and a passion for delivering impactful change, this could be the job for you!

Responsibilities

Lead complex transformation programmes ensuring delivery meets time, cost, and quality expectations while driving value through effective governance and benefits realisation.
Collaborate with clients to design operating models, implement change initiatives, and manage stakeholder engagement across diverse, cross-functional teams.
Provide strategic guidance to clients on programme delivery, leveraging expertise in business process transformation, digital enablement, and risk management.
Mentor and coach project teams while contributing to business development, creating innovative proposals, and shaping thought leadership across the client's service offerings.Criteria

A proven track record (8+ years) in programme or project management, with experience delivering complex, large-scale transformation programmes in utilities or healthcare sectors.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate and align complex, cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of project governance, resource management, and benefits realization frameworks.
Professional qualifications such as PMP / PRINCE2, or similar; additional expertise in Agile methodologies and Lean Six Sigma is desirable.
A degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., engineering, business, or a related field) and a solid understanding of programme management best practices.What's on Offer?
