GSL Education are seeking an exceptional Science Teacher to join a supportive and collaborative team in delivering high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 to 5. Whether you specialise in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or General Science, we welcome your expertise and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities as a Science Teacher:
Deliver engaging and inspiring Science lessons that capture students’ curiosity and foster scientific thinking.
Teach Science across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential for A-Level teaching depending on specialism.
Develop students' practical and theoretical understanding of the subject.
Utilise a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
Regularly assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to promote achievement.
Requirements for the Science Teacher Role:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification.
Specialise in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or General Science.
Demonstrate excellent classroom management and the ability to motivate and engage students.
Be committed to creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
