The Requirements
Qualified Solicitor or experienced Residential / Commercial Conveyancer.
Ideally newly qualified / PQE 1 - 3.
Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing processes.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently.
Proficiency in conveyancing and legal management software is an advantage.
Client-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

The Responsibilities
As a Residential / Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor, you will:
Title Searches: Conduct detailed title investigations for commercial and residential properties.
Drafting and Reviewing Documents: Prepare and review contracts, leases, deeds, and agreements for both commercial and residential transactions.
Due Diligence: Perform due diligence on properties, identifying potential risks and advising clients on solutions.
Client Advisory Services: Provide expert legal advice, guiding clients through property transactions.
Transaction Management: Oversee the full transaction process, ensuring timely and compliant completion.
Legal Research: Stay updated on property law developments and apply insights to support your cases.
Collaboration: Work closely with estate agents, surveyors, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
Land Registry Applications: Submit and manage Land Registry applications for property registrations.
Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve disputes related to property matters through negotiation or legal action.
Compliance: Ensure full adherence to laws, regulations, and professional standards.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed and satisfied.
Risk Mitigation: Assess potential legal risks in transactions and advise clients on mitigation strategies.
Mixed Caseload Management: Manage a varied caseload of commercial and residential conveyancing matters effectively.
