Job Title: Customer Service Agent
Location: Maidstone (hybrid)
Salary: £26,000
Key Responsibilities:
Verify application data and process orders following established procedures.
Communicate with clients to ensure information accuracy and completeness.
Manage and respond to support tickets efficiently.
Validate orders using external data sources.
Maintain and update internal documentation and resources.
Support ad-hoc projects as needed.Skills and Experience:
Strong customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
Excellent attention to detail and adaptability to changing needs.
Team player with problem-solving abilities and self-motivation.
Quick learner with the ability to apply new concepts effectively.
Experience in data entry or customer support (1+ year preferred).
