Develop excellent knowledge of stock, so that you are able to informatively speak with Customers about our products and make recommendations for purchase.

Respond to general customer enquires. Assist customers with selecting and purchasing Jon Richard stock, whilst making recommendations about matching products.

Ensure any complaints are passed on to the Customer Services at Head Office.

Assist with stock checks

Process stock deliveries, unpacking and placing of stock on displays/gondolas.

Assist with changing stock in displays, in line with Company guidelines

Ensure that stock is kept clean and tidy and well organised at all times.

Ensure that cabinets and displays are merchandised on a weekly basis, particularly when new stock arrives.
