WasteRecruit is pleased to support a provider of bespoke waste management solutions in recruiting a Site Chemist for their West Midlands facility.

Your Role:

As a Site Chemist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and compliant management of waste in the Transfer Station. Working closely with Site Management and Operatives, your responsibilities will include:

* Processing and inspection of incoming waste loads.

* Arranging outgoing loads in line with regulations.

* Stock control in adherence to the PPC Permit.

* Conducting pre-acceptance and acceptance sampling/testing.

* Managing and completing all relevant paperwork to ensure full compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:

* HNC in Chemistry (or a suitable variant).

Skills and Experience:

* Strong communication and coordination skills, adaptable across all levels of an organisation.

* Ability to plan, prioritise, and execute your workload effectively.

* Confidence in adapting to and using waste software systems.
