Job Description

F J Samuely & Partners (part of PIBOB Group), located in Weybridge, is a consulting structural engineering firm founded by Felix Samuely. The firm has worked on iconic buildings such as the De La Warr Pavilion, Skylon, and Snowdon Aviary. Currently, they are involved in projects ranging from shopping centres to offices and houses, offering a diverse and engaging work environment.

Role Description & Requirements

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graduate Structural Engineer at F J Samuely & Partners. The role will involve site visits, conducting calculations, structural analysis, and utilising computer-aided design (CAD) software to support the structural and civil engineering projects undertaken by the firm.

The ideal candidate will have between 1-3+ years post graduate experience and aiming to get chartered soon. We will offer the chance to gain great experience towards your chartership whilst working on a large variety of interesting projects.

Essential:

* Full UK License

* Own a Car

Qualifications

* Strong grasp of Calculations and Structural Analysis

* Proficiency in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles

* Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software

* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

* Excellent problem-solving skills

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

* Previous internship or work experience in structural engineering
