Material Handler in Kirkby in Ashfield - CV-Library

Our Sutton based client are currently looking to recruit Material Handlers to add to their team.

Specialising in Plastic Production, your daily duties will include but won’t be limited to;

* Setting up of machine cells ready for production to start

* Cleaning down of machines & Auxiliaries thoroughly on changeovers

* Preparation of materials for production requirements

* Materials to be located in stores in correct location when not in use

* Batch numbers to me monitored closely on raw materials and paperwork to be filled in correctly

* General Housekeeping, keeping working areas clean and tidy throughout the shift

* Full line clearances to be completed at the end of a production run

* Check all paperwork provided for any anomalies and report to Manager

* Adhere to Health and Safety regulations at all times

* Any other reasonable responsibilities requested by the Management

Full training for this role will be provided, they are simply looking for someone from a strong production/warehousing background.

Hours of work;

This role will cover a 3-shift rotation with the following hours;

* Days 6am- 2pm – Monday to Friday - £12.42ph

* Afters 2pm – 10pm – Monday to Friday - £12.92ph

* Nights 10pm – 6am – Sunday to Thursday - £14.42ph

Due to the nature of the role, my client is only looking to see candidates looking for long term work, this role is being offered on a ‘Temp to Perm’ basis with internal progression available
