The Role
As an Administrator, you will be the backbone of the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing essential support across various departments. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and organising administrative tasks to keep the office running efficiently.
* Preparing and maintaining accurate records, documents, and reports.
* Handling incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, and directing them appropriately.
* Coordinating meetings, diaries, and appointments.
* Supporting the team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.

The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Prior experience in an administrative or office support role (preferred but not essential)
