Play a pivotal role in shaping the organisational structure for future success. Preferred Requirements:

Adept at building strong relationships across all levels, from line managers to directors, fostering collaboration and trust.
Proficient in managing multiple HR functions, with a strong focus on employee relations and performance management.
Experienced in mitigating risks through a robust understanding of UK HR and employment legislation.
Capable of mentoring and guiding staff to ensure the implementation of best practice policies.
Skilled in identifying HR trends, directing attention to key issues, and optimising resources. Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR management role, showcasing leadership and innovation.
CIPD Level 5 qualification, demonstrating commitment to continuous professional development.
Proficiency in IT systems and the MS Office suite, equipped to drive technological advancements in HR practices
