Our client are looking to hire a People Business Partner on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, with the option to work from home 3 days per week.

You will be joining a business who operate in 10 countries across the world, as part of a large People team. The role sits within the People Operations function and partners with senior leadership teams across the world. You will work closely on the development and implementation of various HR strategies, as well as leading on complex ER cases.
Description
The People Business Partner will be responsible for:
Implementing HR strategies
Supporting leadership teams to drive performance and develop capability
Building strong relationships with senior leadership team to truly understand the business units that you support
Leading on cyclical HR projects, such as performance reviews and appraisals
Managing any of the more complex employee relations issue that ariseProfile
A successful People Business Partner should have:
Operated at HR Business Partner level, with the ability to discuss projects and achievements delivered
Strong relationship building skills and the ability to influence
Worked in a large, complex organisation and have an understanding of matrix structuresJob Offer
A salary of between £55,000-£60,000 per anum and a comprehensive benefits package
