Job Title: Multi-Trader Maintenance Operators

Location: Leicester

Salary: £16 - £21.60 per hour (direct or subcontracting)

Hours of Work: 0730 – 1630 Monday – Friday

Type: Permanent / Sub-contract as suits

Start Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods)

Our client is a privately owned property maintenance contractor, operating predominantly in Leicestershire, and on occasion as far North as West Yorkshire and the areas between.

Operatives are required to carry out all general repairs to properties to help fulfil ongoing long-term contracts requirements.

The client is flexible on taking on either employed operatives or subcontractor staff to working full-time on a long-term basis to help them keep expanding.

It is essential or preferrable that you have the following experience, qualifications or skills;

* Must Have 5 years previous experience as a multi-trade maintenance operative (ideally working in social housing but not essential.)

* Team Player

* Meet Deadlines

* High Standard of Workmanship

* Driving license
