Interim Repairs Manager in St Austell - CV-Library

Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a reputable provider of affordable housing, not for profit developer and registered social landlord, to appoint an experienced Repairs Manager to join their busy Property Services team, leading property repairs function and Supervisors/Trades to ensure works are completed to agreed quality standards, timescales and to the satisfaction of the tenant.

Successful candidates will have :

• Considerable experience of running operational repair and maintenance services and in-house work force

• Strong technical knowledge of property maintenance and preferably surveying or construction qualification

• Experience of improving service performance

• Strong IT skills – Excel and Power BI, preferably experience of using Aereon QL and DRS scheduling systems
