Registered Mental Health Nurse - Eating Disorder Hospital
Location: Waterlooville, Hampshire
Salary: £37,862 per annum (£19.41 per hour) + £3,000 Welcome Bonus
Hours: Full-Time and Part-Time roles available, with flexible shifts to suit your preferences:

Options: 11.5 hours, 23 hours, 34.5 hours, or 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Choose from:

Days only (7:30 am - 8:00 pm)
Nights only (7:30 pm - 8:00 am)
Mixed rotational shifts

About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join a specialist Eating Disorder Service dedicated to children and young people aged 12-18 years, based in Waterlooville. This newly established 12-bed facility offers the chance to be part of an inspiring team, contributing to the growth and development of this vital service.

As a key member of this dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the service and delivering high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will be responsible for ensuring that young people in this 12-bed CAMHS service receive exceptional care, while also supporting colleagues and fostering a positive, team-oriented environment.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Providing high-quality, compassionate, and effective nursing care to service users
Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for service users
Mentoring and supporting team members
Observing, recording, and reporting any changes in service users' conditions

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need to Be:

An experienced Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD)
In possession of a valid NMC pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK
A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work
Naturally caring, compassionate, and committed to high-quality care
Dedicated to evidence-based practice and core values of care
