About the Role:
We are seeking experienced waiters/waitresses to join the front-of-house team at an award-winning 3AA Rosette restaurant located in a prestigious stately home in Northamptonshire. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team delivering an unparalleled dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional and professional customer service to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.
Team Collaboration: Assist the Restaurant Manager and colleagues in ensuring smooth operations during service, with a focus on delivering a high level of personal attention to each guest.
Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of the menu, wine, and beverages to confidently answer guest inquiries and make informed recommendations.
Up-selling: Use your knowledge of the menu and guest preferences to suggest and recommend additional options to enhance the dining experience.
Training & Development: Receive one-on-one training from experienced managers from day one. You will be coached continuously to hone your skills, with briefings before each service to ensure everyone is aligned with the restaurant’s high standards.

Adherence to Standards: Maintain and uphold the restaurant's service standards, consistently delivering an experience that matches the expectations of a 3AA Rosette restaurant.

Requirements:
