We have a fantastic opportunity to join a driven and passionate architectural practice that focuses on innovation, precision, and sustainable architecture. They work on a diverse range of projects, from Residential, Education and Conservation projects. 

Key Responsibilities for this Architect role: 

Design Development: Lead the conceptualization and design of innovative architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client needs, aesthetic goals, and functional requirements.
Project Management: Oversee projects from initial brief through to completion, including site visits, managing timelines, and ensuring projects stay within budget.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including designers, engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless communication and project coordination.
Client Engagement: Present design concepts, provide updates, and address feedback from clients to ensure their vision is fully realized.
3D Modeling and Visualization: Utilize advanced design tools and software (Revit and AutoCAD) to create detailed 3D models and architectural drawings.
Sustainability: Incorporate sustainable building practices into designs, ensuring environmentally responsible solutions in all projects.Qualifications for this Architect role: 

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
Licensed Architect (or working toward licensure).
3+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
