Management Accountant

Salary up to £45,000pa

Location: Trafford Park

A successful SME business based in Trafford Park are seeking a Management Accountant to join their team as soon as possible. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a great opportunity to join a stable business with a great culture.

Preparation of monthly management accounts
Carrying out month end procedures such as reconciliations, posting journals, accruals and prepayments
Assisting with audit preparation
Good working knowledge of transactional processes and supporting the wider finance team
Forecasting and budgeting
Year end accounts support
Other duties as requiredThe ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience and attributes:

Previous experience as a management accountant
Minimum of AAT level certification
Excellent excel skills
Experience working on SAGE
A short notice period would be prefered
Must be able to demonstrate ability to hit the ground runningIn return you will receive:

A competitive salary of £40-45k dependant on experience
Hybrid working once fully up to speed - 3 days in office and 2 at home
5 hour working week with a 2.30pm finish on a Friday
