Tate is delighted to be recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join a local authority in central Bristol. If you have a passion for helping people and thrive in a busy environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing support and advice for complex customer queries.
Handle complaints and provide tailored assistance to vulnerable customers with empathy and professionalism.
Collaborate with other departments to deliver the best solutions for customers.
Keep accurate records by updating customer details and logging audit trails in internal systems.
Key Details:
Contract Length: 3 months initially (potential for extension)
Location: Central Bristol, with some hybrid working opportunities available.
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a rota basis with shifts between 08:30AM and 6:00PM.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally in a fast paced and high-volume call handling environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle complex queries with clarity and care.
Empathy and professionalism when supporting vulnerable customers or resolving complaints.
Strong attention to detail and confidence using computer systems for data entry and case management.
A team player with strong problem-solving skills.
